Gemma brings a diverse range of experience in mortgages, from construction finance for first-time homebuyers to intricate investment deals. She regularly assists property investors with investment lending, helping structure finance for both new and established property portfolios.

Based at The Loan Company’s Subiaco office, Gemma assists clients throughout Perth and Western Australia, as well as Queensland, with particularly strong connections to Morley and Noranda, where she has lived and invested, and to the Gold Coast and Brisbane’s northern suburbs, where she grew up and continues to have an established client base.
She regularly works with clients in Morley, Noranda, Bayswater, Maylands, Heathridge, Edgewater, Craigie and Greenwood, as well as Gold Coast suburbs including Palm Beach, Burleigh Waters, Worongary and Varsity Lakes, and Brisbane suburbs including Ashgrove, Windsor and Chermside. Gemma is available for appointments at the Subiaco office, client premises, local cafés or by video.
