Richard has worked in finance for over 22 years, firstly in banking with CBA and then as a Mortgage Broker for the last ten years. He has specialised for the last seven years in first homebuyer construction finance and first-time investor finance. There is no better feeling than helping a first-time buyer achieve their dream of getting into their own home and being able to support them through the whole process.

Based at The Loan Company’s Subiaco office, Richard assists clients throughout Perth and Western Australia, with a particularly strong connection to Perth’s northern suburbs, where he grew up and has lived and worked locally for decades.
He regularly works with clients in Carramar, Tapping, Banksia Grove, Wanneroo, Joondalup, Clarkson and Currambine, and is available for appointments at the Subiaco office or at clients’ homes.
