Rayner moved to The Loan Company after spending several years at another prominent brokerage based in Perth, as well as running his own business. Rayner brings a diverse range of experience in mortgages, from construction finance for first-time homebuyers to intricate investment deals involving multiple properties. He takes pride in his customer service, embracing a “nothing is too difficult” mindset to ensure the best possible outcomes for his clients.
In his role as Broker Operations Manager, Rayner supports and mentors brokers across the business, helping drive consistent client outcomes, strong lender relationships, and disciplined deal execution. He works closely with the management team to refine processes, uplift performance, and ensure best-practice advice is delivered at every stage of the client journey.
Areas serviced
Based at The Loan Company’s Subiaco office, Rayner assists clients throughout Perth and Western Australia, with a particularly strong connection to Perth’s southern suburbs, where he grew up and continues to live.
He regularly works with clients in Willetton, Canning Vale, Bibra Lake, Cockburn, Wellard, Baldivis and Rockingham, and is available for appointments at the Subiaco office, by MS Teams or over a coffee or beer at a convenient local venue.
