Outside of work

  • What’s your favourite indoor/outdoor activity?
I love playing any sport I can – my current favourites are Ice Hockey and Golf.
  • How do you define success?
To me it’s not about reaching external milestones, but rather personal growth, fulfillment, and making a positive impact. Whether it’s in my career, relationships, or personal well-being, I define success by the balance I find in pursuing what truly matters to me, and continuously learning and evolving along the way.
  • What are you happiest doing when you’re not working?
Spending time with my family brings me the most happiness.
  • What would be your personal motto?
This is not mine, but I like to live by the motto: “Happiness is not the absence of problems, it’s the ability to deal with them.” – Steve Maraboli
