What counts as an eligible referral?
- Refinance of a home loan.
- First home purchase.
- Residential investment loan.
- Commercial property or business lending.
- Not eligible: personal asset finance, enquiries that don’t proceed to settlement, pre-approvals that never settle, or referrals already in our database being actively assisted.
